The WRA is again offering memberships to High School Rodeo members who compete in roughstock events for $20. Please note that you are high school rodeo contestant in the comment section of the membership form and I will discount the membership fee. You must submit a copy of your HSR membership and proof that you enter roughstock events before I will process your discounted membership.
